1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using OKI Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

OKI Studio provides professional Spotify Canvas creation services, including:

• Custom animated Canvas loops (3-8 seconds)
• Multiple style variations as specified in pricing tiers
• Delivery within specified timeframes
• Source files and usage rights

3. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is displayed on our website and includes:

• Basic Canvas: $19 (24h delivery, 1 style)
• Pro Canvas: $49 (12h delivery, 3 variations)
• Package: $99 (3 Canvas loops, mix & match styles)

Payment is required upfront via secure payment processors. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We guarantee delivery within the specified timeframes for each service tier. One round of revisions is included in all packages. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full commercial usage rights for the delivered Canvas
• Permission to use on Spotify and other streaming platforms
• Source files where applicable

OKI Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Clear project requirements and references
• Audio track or relevant music for synchronization
• Timely feedback during revision process
• Accurate contact information

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund, provided work has not commenced. Once creative work begins, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

OKI Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Spain.
